HOW DIFFICULT IS EMBROIDERY
How difficult is embroidery
Good embroidery digitizing takes time. It is imp to make a
high-quality embroidered cloth. The way of effectively embroidering your
logo or artwork may seem daunting. But shops like us @capital digitizing are

your t-shirts, jerseys, hats and other cloth.
When you send us your logo for stitching onto cloth. The graphic will undergo a task called “digitizing”.
Modern embroidery machines can’t work with jpg, png or other
image files. So, the graphic must be altered to a format. That the
machine can turn into stitches. Quotes from embroidery
shops will often label the cost of this process as a ‘setup fee’ or
‘digitizing fee’. It’s a one-time fee .and any repeat runs will be
able to use the same digitized file.
Digitizing is a complex process. That needs special training
.and it’s not that you can do with your standard graphic editing
software. But there’re many factors. When you draw up a design for
embroidery. Such as deciding how far apart the stitches should be. And the
types of stitches that’ll be used.
Are there requirements for digitizing an image:
Graphics that are clean and high-resolution work best.
1200 pixels with 300dpi or more is best .but not imp. It’s a good
idea to try .and make your artwork 4x the size of the finished stitch. We
can help you with all of this at capital digitizing.
In theory any design can be digitized. But, there’ll be bars
.as to what the machine can embroider such small details. Which can be hard to
remake in stitch format.
How do digitizing works?
Put simply:
Your artwork is probed .to find the exact terms.
Your artwork is traced by hand .and a stitch path is set out
for the machine.
The thickness of the thread is taken into account.
